The subway station is just a short walk away.
The neighborhood felt unsafe at times, especially at night. There was a noticeable amount of litter on the streets, which made the area seem less inviting. The noise from outside was frustrating, especially if you are looking for a quiet stay.

A cozy stay with friendly staff and a clean room. The easy access to the subway made commuting to the city a breeze, enhancing my overall experience in New York.

i almost thought this place would be nice, until I had to endure the sheer noise of cars revving right outside my window, thanks to the charming location under a garage! oh, and don’t even get me started on the disposable cups—they were just the icing on the cake of this lackluster experience. woudl ve been nice to at least feel safe in my $200 a night room.

The French fries from a nearby local joint, Parilla Latina Steakhouse, were crispy perfection—seriously addictive! Plus, the spacious bathroom had a tub, giving me a nice place to unwind after a busy day exploring.
While the vibe of the area had a bit of a rough edge with some sketchy sights, and I did detest the thin plastic cups in the room, the bustling city around kept things lively. We simply felt it was best to explore elsewhere next time.

clean and modern bathroom with spotless towels, comfortable and spacious room, possibility to store luggage for a few hours after check-out
Acoustics were a nightmare. sirens all night!!! The lack of a comforter was perplexing, and only three flat pillows on a king bed felt inadequate!!! Also, the area is a bit off-putting!!!

great room but traffic noise is disruptive
Our room had a beautiful view from the top level, making it a highlight of our stay. The tile and hardwood floors felt much cleaner than traditional carpets. I appreciated the availability of a fridge and microwave, which added convenience to our stay. Also, the subway station was a quick walk away, making travel easy.
The traffic noise from outside was quite bothersome, especially at night.
